Senior Care Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Belvedere Manor, Colne. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about caring for older people, has previous care experience, and holds a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. You should be willing to complete level 3 and have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
