Multi Drop Delivery Van Driver Job in Glasgow

We are seeking a reliable and motivated driver with a passion for providing excellent customer service to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and collect post/parcels to be delivered from the local delivery office.
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and navigate your route.
  • Walk at least 8 miles per day and carry a bag weighing up to 16kg, delivering letters and parcels with parcels weighing up to 20kg.
  • Drive and deliver on foot, pushing/pulling a trolley during deliveries.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • A full, clean UK driving licence with at least 12 months of experience.
  • Pass a Disclosure Scotland check.
  • Strong knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent time-management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
  • Previous delivery experience is a bonus but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of pay: £13.42 per hour.
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday.
  • Contract: Temporary ongoing.
