Key Responsibilities:- Ensure team members adhere to PPE requirements and safe systems of work
- Lead daily meetings to promote continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new starters and manage recruitment
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Manage the flow of work within the team
- Monitor 5S activities and ensure tools and jigs are correct
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly techniques
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to participate in lean implementation
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
