We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapist Supervisor to join our Mental Health Support Team. As a Clinical Night Manager, you will be responsible for providing individual supervision for qualified CBT therapists, contributing to CPD planning, and overseeing the development of therapists' clinical work.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure caseload oversight of each supervisee, including reviewing clinical outcomes and client experience, and serving as an escalation point for complex and urgent cases.
- Manage supervision sessions, booking them in on the system, and ensuring timely recording of notes while reporting risk and safeguarding issues as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of the clinical supervision strategy and ongoing development of the CPD programme across the service.
- Cover duty rota for clinical queries one evening a week until 8pm and attend clinical liaison meetings with referring services.

Requirements- Full BABCP accreditation
- PGDip/MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT)
- Evidence of undertaking CPD in relation to CBT for CYPs
- Experience in managerial/clinical supervision of others' casework with proven supervisory skills, particularly in an IAPT context.
- Theoretical knowledge of CBT/Therapies and extensive experience in the application of appropriate models of practice, according to client need.
- Good understanding and commitment to the CAMHS transformation agenda.
