We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Health and Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Develop and maintain safe systems of work procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with site staff to ensure a safe working environment and provide guidance on health and safety protocols.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or hold a NEBOSH Certificate.
  • At least 6 months of site safety experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
