  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients, contacts, and local community to promote our services and increase our market share.
  • Contribute to the development of our business strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve our business objectives, including hitting targets and delivering high levels of business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our services remain competitive and of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings, with a strong understanding of the local market and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
