Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Drainage Engineer to assist with project delivery and project management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and will be able to integrate into a team and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project delivery and project management
  • Deliver and technically review drainage projects at each design stage
  • Experience in the design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
  • Working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
  • Strong CAD skills
  • Experience in InfoDrainage or similar software

Requirements:

  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Technically excellent
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Able to integrate into a team and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Able to support the technical development of junior colleagues

Desirable:

  • Experience in flood risk management
  • Experience using Civil 3D
  • Experience with GIS software
  • Foul Water design
  • Hydraulic Modelling
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience within a council
