Each of our registered homes is dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of care and comfort for our residents, available around the clock for both long-term and short-term stays.

As we expand, we are continually seeking talented individuals in the care sector who share our passion for providing quality care.
We are currently seeking a Resident Activities Facilitator to become a part of our dedicated team at Blatchington Manor, our specialized dementia care home in Seaford.
In the role of Resident Activities Facilitator, you will play a key role in designing and organizing activities for our residents, ensuring that each activity is customized to meet the unique needs of every individual.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a caregiving or creative role within a similar setting.
Activities are a vital component of our residents' daily experiences, and in this position, you will have the opportunity to positively impact their lives on a daily basis.
Working Hours: Full-time, as per the following schedule:
Week 1: Monday 8-8, Tuesday 8-8, Friday 8-8, Sunday 8-8
Week 2: Tuesday 8-2, Wednesday 8-8, Thursday 8-2
