Procurement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Cirrus Selection Limited. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing critical supplier subcontracts and providing commercial guidance to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of subcontracts with existing partners or through tendering activities
  • Overseeing subcontract amendments to ensure compliance with the latest contracting standards and legislation
  • Undertaking performance management activities to ensure suppliers deliver in line with subcontract obligations
  • Developing and nurturing strong supplier relationships within the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial and business risks related to suppliers
  • Obtaining quotations and critical intelligence from suppliers to assist in bidding for new business

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement subcontract management, negotiation, contract, and terms and conditions
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to find daily resolutions
  • Continuous support and cooperation to senior internal and external customers
  • Improving opportunities, analyzing situations, and presenting possibilities while balancing risk
