Your Role:

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will manage all facets of the building process from inception to completion, ensuring that homes are delivered punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing On-Site Operations:
    You will take command of the entire construction process, ensuring seamless and effective operations. This includes coordinating daily activities on-site, managing the build schedule, and ensuring all tasks are completed as planned.
  • Leading the Workforce:
    As the leader of a team of skilled tradespeople, contractors, and subcontractors, you will provide essential guidance and support. Your leadership will be vital in fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale.
  • Ensuring Quality Control:
    Quality is fundamental to their reputation. You will oversee all quality control measures on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure that all work adheres to stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Managing Health & Safety:
    Safety is paramount. You will enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and promoting a culture of safety among your team.
  • Communicating with Clients and Stakeholders:
    You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, engaging directly with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Budget and Resource Oversight:
    You will manage the site budget, monitoring expenses and ensuring the project remains financially viable.
  • Problem Solving:
    In the ever-changing environment of construction, you will proactively identify potential challenges and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Accurate record-keeping is essential. You will maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and health and safety documentation.
  • Collaboration with the Design Team:
    You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure construction aligns with project specifications.
