Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at SaccoMann, a leading international business in the sports sector. As an In-House Employment Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in bolstering our legal team and providing expert advice on non-contentious Employment and HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Employment law and HR issues to ensure mitigating risk of litigation and streamline Employment practices.
  • Develop strong internal relationships with key legal staff and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the international offices to provide up-to-date training and advice on Employment law and HR issues.
  • Contribute to the development of Employment practices and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years PQE in Employment law, either in private practice or in-house.
  • Extensive non-contentious Employment law experience and a strong understanding of Employment law and HR issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
