RAN Engineering - RAN Databuild Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Databuild Engineer to support Databuild Validation and Scripting activities related to Network Rollout (NRO) of Nokia Radio Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing Databuild & Commissioning & Integration services to ensure efficient delivery and timely customer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver Databuild services supporting the deployment of Nokia equipment, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  2. Coordinate Site Databuild services, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  3. Establish and maintain Delivery critical metric measures, reporting on key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Support Field Engineers remotely to Commission and Integrate Nodes into customer networks, ensuring fault-free performance and meeting expected KPI's.
  5. Maintain relevant information in project tools and handle documentation in a structured manner, uploading to required repositories.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in managing Databuild services within DICI project environment.
  2. Technical knowledge in provisioning cell configuration data and producing scripts for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN solutions.
  3. Effective communication and facilitation skills, with ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
  4. Flexibility and ability to deal with change and ambiguity, with experience in tackling challenges and overcoming obstacles.

Desired Competencies

  1. Nokia Radio Product knowledge and experience with Nokia Configuration and Scripting methodology and tools.
  2. Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and workflow concepts.

Academic Background

Degree Level in Technical Discipline or Relevant Technical Experience.
