About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at DCS Technology. As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in defining the technical roadmap and ensuring our solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Large Project Builds: Take the lead role on large project builds to meet time and contractual commitments, overseeing and assessing the work carried out by other Functional Consultants or Associates to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction are achieved.
  • Design and Scope Review: Review designs and scopes of work created by others, assess the need for and alternatives to Change Requests raised in projects, and approve estimates of work.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our delivery is understood and aligned to client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Work constantly through design and builds of Dynamics 365 and Power App solutions with other colleagues to ensure the quality of our delivery.
  • Testing and Support: Carry out system testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Support the Client Success team with knowledge share and technical cover for client Issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Keep aware of continuous change to new or existing Dynamics business applications and Power Platform functionality.
  • Certification and Training: Maintain and renew MS Certifications in line with Microsoft requirements.
  • Industry Awareness: Develop awareness with related common-use applications that work with Dynamics and the Power Platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Share key learnings with the wider Delivery team.
