Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The Intake Coordinator will be part of our intake team, responsible for understanding the capacity of our branches' carer capacity to safely assess and accept new client referrals for our Local Authority Contracts. You will build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You should thrive on managing your rota's to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
