Job Description

Procter and Street Resourcing is proud to partner with a renowned Civil Engineering company with over five decades of industry expertise. They take pride in building long-lasting business relationships and collaborating with clients to find innovative solutions to traditional construction challenges.

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for directly leading a team of Engineers in successfully completing a diverse range of civil projects in complex environments. You will be a key figure on-site, ensuring all works are completed and compliant with company policies and procedures, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain work records and data sheets, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with contract requirements
* Assist Site Agents/Contract Supervisors/Senior Engineers with general contract administration
* Conduct topographical surveys and assist with setting up and monitoring of GPS on plant equipment
* Maintain contract management quality records as directed by Senior Engineers/Site Agents
* Perform site surveys for weekly/monthly measurement purposes

Requirements:

* A strong background in working on a range of civil engineering projects, particularly in earthworks, drainage, concrete, piling, utilities, and canal works
* Valid CSCS card
* Experienced in using LSS or similar software
* Familiarity with various Civil Engineering disciplines
