Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Range: £65,000 - £90,000 + Car + Bonus

Location: Essex

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will be Chartered MRICS/FRICS qualified and have a proven track record in dealing with projects over £100k in value.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. They will also have a strong understanding of building pathology, reinstatement methods, and compliance with best practice and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide expert advice on building defects and repairs.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Chartered MRICS/FRICS qualification.
  • Proven experience in managing projects over £100k in value.
  • Strong understanding of building pathology, reinstatement methods, and compliance with best practice and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when necessary.
