We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join our Assessment and Treatment Service and Enhanced Assessment and Treatment Service (EATS) team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality, comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention for individuals with complex communication and/or dysphagia difficulties.
- To manage a caseload using evidence-based person-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in clinic and community settings and on home visits.
- To work as an integral member of a diverse multi-disciplinary specialist learning disability health team, providing support to individuals across the county of Norfolk.
- To undertake supervision of junior staff and students as required.
- To work collaboratively with other stakeholders, including Health Facilitation, Community Learning Disability Teams, Primary and Secondary Care Services, and other Speech and Language Therapists.
- SLT registration.
- Previous SLT clinical practice.
- SLT experience in the Learning Disabilities field (desirable).
