Position Overview
We are in search of a Centre Administration Manager to oversee administrative functions related to centre management.
The Centre Administration Manager will manage all administrative operations within the centre, providing support across various disciplines within the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Centre Management office, including reception duties, welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, managing supplies, maintaining kitchen facilities, and coordinating meeting spaces and mail.
- Generating invoices, receipts, and purchase orders as necessary, and entering information into financial systems for processing.
- Preparing calculations for diverse income streams, which may include turnover rent, extended trading, mailbox income, advertising fees, de-fits, interest, and surrender income as requested by management.
- Drafting communications for distribution to tenants and stakeholders as needed, including issuing and archiving letters of demand and breach notices.
- Processing lease assignments, which involves preparing the assignment package and related correspondence, ensuring all necessary forms are collected prior to or at the settlement of the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates with prior experience in an administrative capacity within a commercial setting will be highly regarded, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects and foster effective working relationships, is essential.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with software such as SAP, CTI, and Salesforce will be advantageous.
