We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Manager to join our growing Actuarial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality actuarial services to our clients, including reserving, capital management, actuarial function, Solvency II, Statement of Actuarial Opinion, Pricing, and IFRS 17.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of actuaries to deliver projects and services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Assist in the development of new client relationships and propositions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Actuarial team, including mentoring and training junior actuaries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our services remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
- Qualified Actuary with a strong background in General Insurance.
- Experience in reserving, standard formula and internal model capital, pricing, and IFRS 17.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex actuarial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
