Financial Supervisor

Trial Balance Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient inputting and payment of supplier invoices and creation of customer sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Line management of accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assisting with invoice reconciliation issues.
- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly supplier payments.
- Inventory management and stock control.
- Working closely with the Financial Controller on ad-hoc accounting projects.
- Deputising for the Finance Manager during absences.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of recent experience gained in a similar position, with good all-round IT aptitude, including the use of MS Office products. Excellent communication skills are required, as the Accounts Supervisor will be a key point of contact across all departments of the business.
