Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage client appointments and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
- Document all client interactions and inquiries in the internal CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GDPR and FCA standards.
- Input and maintain client information in the internal database.
- Draft and distribute business correspondence and documents.
- Assist the paraplanning team with administrative tasks.
- Oversee email correspondence and manage the inbox effectively.
- Support other departments as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the financial services or wealth management sector is essential.
- Strong administrative and data entry capabilities.
- Knowledge of GDPR and FCA regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing.
