Position Overview:

Financial Services Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Location: Office-based
Employment Type: Full-time and Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Manage client appointments and prepare necessary documentation for meetings.
  • Document all client interactions and inquiries in the internal CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GDPR and FCA standards.
  • Input and maintain client information in the internal database.
  • Draft and distribute business correspondence and documents.
  • Assist the paraplanning team with administrative tasks.
  • Oversee email correspondence and manage the inbox effectively.
  • Support other departments as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the financial services or wealth management sector is essential.
  • Strong administrative and data entry capabilities.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and FCA regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in writing.
