About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife at Cabrini Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will work independently and interdependently, assuming accountability and responsibility for your actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses and healthcare workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Delivering care to patients to meet Cabrini's organisational goals
  • Demonstrating attention to the needs of the patient and family to maintain privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration or AHPRA eligibility assessment for international candidates
  • Bachelors of Nursing Degree (for Sponsorship purposes)
  • 2+ Years of relevant clinical experience is essential for 482 Visa Sponsorship
  • Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes
  • Ability to work within the Mission and Values of the organisation
  • Enthusiasm for participation in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service focus and communication skills
