Ernest Jackson (EJ) is a unique business unit within Mondelēz International, specializing in food supplements and pharmaceutical products. Our R&D department plays a vital role in driving end-to-end development and improvements across all aspects of our operations, from new product creation to manufacturing processes, logistics, quality control, and project reporting.

As a Senior Process Development Engineer II (SPDE II), you will be a key leader within our R&D team, guiding the Process Engineer and Packaging Technologist functions. You will have direct oversight of three talented individuals, leveraging your expertise to deliver best-in-class processes and products.

Your Impact:

  • Define and refine the development process for engineering projects, collaborating closely with Manufacturing and Engineering departments.
  • Mentor and support junior team members throughout the development process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and execute a range of diverse projects, ensuring successful completion within established timelines and objectives.
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance product quality.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in process development and engineering within the food supplements or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
