Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain quality management systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues, driving process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quality team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lead Auditor certification and membership in quality or project management organizations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office, with experience in quality management software a plus.
