About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Benefits, Debt and Money Adviser to join our team in the Southwest Midlands area, covering Herefordshire, Gloucestershire & Worcestershire. As a specialist in debt and money advice, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage referrals and ongoing caseload to ensure effective delivery of debt and money advice services.
  • Provide specialist debt and money advice to individuals, helping them to manage their finances and achieve financial stability.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial situations and develop personalized plans to address their debt and money concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in debt and money advice, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex financial issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
