Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Assistant for a 3-month temporary role to help manage our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier statements.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable records and ledgers.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and internal departments, resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Methodical working practice.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) or MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
