Join Our Team as an Asset Management Modelling Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Modelling Team Lead to join our Data Science and Modelling function within our Asset Intelligence & Innovation area. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a new team and shaping our waste modelling strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a new team of modellers to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Develop and shape our waste modelling strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Innovate with advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and data science to solve complex challenges
  • Collaborate across teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive results and deliver high-quality outcomes at pace
Requirements:
  • STEM degree ideal
  • Experience with waste hydraulic modelling and a strong understanding of waste networks and systems
  • Proven experience in leading a modelling team desirable
  • Track record of driving innovative projects to successful completion
  • Experience with or understanding of data science, AI, and ML concepts highly beneficial
