Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a Tramper Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles for long-distance transportation of goods and materials
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to schedules and deadlines
- Work closely with the logistics team to plan and coordinate transportation routes
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage and delivery times
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
- Valid HGV Class 1/Category LGV C+E driving license
- Valid in-date CPC and Digi cards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- No more than 6 points on your license for insurance purposes
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.00 (PAYE) or £25.00 per night out
- Ongoing position with regular shifts
- Opportunity to work with a reputable logistics company
