Administrative Coordinator

As a Property Administrator at IM Properties Plc, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with owning and managing a substantial UK-based property portfolio.
Key Tasks
- Insurance Management: Ensure all assets have the correct level of cover, raise invoices for annual premiums, and deal with tenant queries and claims.
- Data Input: Ensure the IM Properties property database is accurate and up-to-date, input new leases/tenancies, and make changes to rents/lease terms.
- Data Export/Reporting: Run monthly investment reports, extract quarterly board reports, and run quarterly bank reports.
- Sustainability: Keep the EPC register up-to-date, assist with data collection for reporting purposes, and be the interface with the IMP energy consultant.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in a data input/administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Teams).
- Good standard of education, with GCSE passes in core subjects (English & Maths).
- Ideally, some experience in UK commercial property.

- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, confident, and positive approach.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work across teams and liaise with different businesses.
