Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic team at Head Resourcing. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our client's technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will be tasked with the following:
  • Design and Implementation: Lead the architecture and deployment of Microsoft 365, Azure, and limited on-premises infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for cloud-based solutions and associated systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and troubleshooting of networking, printing, and meeting room technologies.
  • Collaboration Tools: Enhance collaboration through effective management of unified communications, including voice, video, and email systems.
  • Device Management: Administer device and application management using tools such as Intune and Windows 10 Management.
  • Process Automation: Utilize scripting and coding skills to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend improvements and contribute to the technical direction of the organization.
  • Agile Methodology: Apply a working knowledge of Agile Development Methodology to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A robust background in designing, building, and managing infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with the MS365 Product Suite, including MS Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in networking technologies, including WAN, LAN, and WiFi.
  • Strong coding skills, particularly in PowerShell, PowerApps, GraphAPI, and Python.
