We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a trainee production operative. This is an exciting opportunity to start a hands-on career in manufacturing, where you will learn valuable skills working with advanced materials to create high-quality products.

• Assist in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.
• Work with composite materials such as fiberglass to create precise shapes.
• Learn to read and follow technical drawings.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following detailed instructions and guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues to senior staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You should have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A basic understanding of production and manufacturing would be beneficial.

Please note that no prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. You must be able to drive to Kirkbymoorside or live locally for this role, which is commutable from Scarborough, Pickering, Thirsk, and Malton.
