Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality social care services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert analysis and decision-making to deliver effective social care solutions.
  • Develop and implement supervision, performance management, and improvement techniques to ensure high-quality practice.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve excellence in social work practice and support the Children's Trust's improvement journey.
  • Contribute to the development of a skilled, knowledgeable, and flexible workforce, promoting innovation and creativity in social care.

Requirements:

  • Qualified social worker with completed ASYE.
  • Strong desire to develop social work expertise and support the Children's Trust's improvement journey.
  • Commitment to delivering best practice and support to children and families.
