Nursery Assistant Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth journeys.
  • Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years, engaging, inspiring, and supporting their growth and development.
  • Track, document, and communicate students' advancements and achievements.
  • Foster a stimulating and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning.
  • Create detailed and personalized lesson plans covering various subjects, tailored to meet individual student requirements and in accordance with National Curriculum standards.
Requirements:
  • Open to both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners, whether you're already qualified up to Level 2/3 or aspiring to kickstart your career, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Passionate about working with children, with a genuine love for their well-being and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and carers and collaborate effectively with our team.
  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating your commitment to excellence through your work ethic.
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred but not required), with opportunities for growth and development.
