Role of the Outsourcing Team

The Business Outsourcing team at Menzies is tasked with executing a range of financial and accounting functions on behalf of client organizations. This allows clients to concentrate on their core business operations while enjoying cost efficiencies and specialized expertise.

Candidate Profile

We seek motivated and enthusiastic individuals who thrive on challenges. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 A levels (grades A-C) and one additional A level or equivalent, along with 5 GCSEs (grades A*-C or 9-4), preferably in Maths and English Language. The field of Business Outsourcing is technically demanding, so a quick grasp of new concepts is essential.

While you don't need to be a math expert, confidence with numbers and a keen attention to detail are crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary, as you will often need to articulate complex financial information clearly.
