A highly experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal is sought to join Jameson Legal as the Head of Department, providing day-to-day formal line management and supervision of a team of paralegals.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pastoral management, working as a lead in a Paralegal team, and will be responsible for managing direct reports, including absence, performance, conduct, and disciplinary issues.

This is a permanent, full-time position based on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have c.3-5 years of solid and relevant experience at a well-known law firm(s), with commercial experience also welcome in conjunction with Corporate/M&A work.

Candidates must live in or within commutable distance to Birmingham or Manchester.

Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
