We are seeking a Housing Officer to deliver housing management services to individuals residing in our Supported Accommodation facilities for Adults.
This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), within our Housing Management division.
Key Responsibilities:
You will assist residents in navigating their licenses and tenancies, collaborating with a team focused on addressing all tenancy-related matters that may arise.
While prior experience in Housing Management is not mandatory, a strong attention to detail, proficiency in administration, and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential.
This position will be based at the accommodation sites, where you will interact with residents to ensure their living environment is safe and suitable.
You will work closely with the on-site support team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
