Job Title: Data Quality Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Lead to join our team at Kingfisher. As a Data Quality Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust data quality function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of technology solutions to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and investigate the root cause of data quality issues.
  • Establish a best practice approach to proactively prevent data quality issues from occurring.
  • Collaborate with Data Management colleagues to implement and configure Data Quality tools and processes.
  • Raise the profile and importance of data quality management to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Manage relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure permanent resolutions to data quality issues.
  • Design and implement Data Quality measuring systems to improve the trapping and highlighting of issues that surface within Nucleus.
  • Collaborate with Data Design and Data Engineering colleagues on setting standards for the management of Data Quality issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a lead role within a data quality function.
  • Experience in the configuration and implementation of Data Quality tools.
  • Experience working in a large multi-business unit organization.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Strong SQL skills to support data investigations and analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach with a logical thought process.
