Our Finance Team:
The finance team plays a critical role in driving our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. Our mission is to empower the company with accurate financial information to inform strategic decision-making.
About the Role:
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage financial statements consolidation, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare regulatory filings and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Coordinate and manage group audits, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Design and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Professional accounting certification (ACA or ACCA).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
