Position: Team Leader in Care Services
Location: Penberthy House Residential Care Home
Compensation: £14 per hour with additional pay rate enhancements for specific shifts
Hours: 27 hours available

Are You the Right Fit?
As a Team Leader in Care Services, you will oversee the daily needs of our residents, demonstrating compassion and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated individuals, all focused on ensuring our residents feel at home. Additionally, you will support the development of Care Assistants.
- Teamwork is essential – a happy team leads to happy residents and a thriving home
- Experience in care is a requirement, with an NVQ3 in Social Care being desirable
- Strong communication skills and a flexible approach are vital
- A genuine passion for supporting older individuals and treating everyone with respect and dignity is essential
