Senior Structural Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in London. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading multi-storey RC Frame projects and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality structural engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conceptual design to completion
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a UK consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of British Standards and Eurocodes, as well as steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry structures
  • Experience with software such as TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS
  • Ability to design to British Standards or Eurocode
  • Chartered status with the ICE or IStructE
