We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Drama Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring Drama lessons to students across a range of abilities, fostering a love for the arts and helping students develop confidence and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic Drama lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Encourage student participation and creativity through practical performances and theoretical studies.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning and development.
- Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment that nurtures students' artistic expression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Drama curriculum.
- Participate in school events, productions, and extracurricular activities related to Drama.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A strong passion for Drama and the ability to inspire students in the subject.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Experience teaching Drama at secondary level.
