Hire Resolve, a leading accounting firm, is seeking a seasoned Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in providing tax accounting assistance, compliance services, and tax consulting to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Review Income Tax Provisions: Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Offer Tax Provision and Compliance Services: Provide expert guidance on tax planning, compliance, and risk management to corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of tax professionals, mentoring and developing team members through training and retention initiatives to ensure the highest level of expertise and service quality.
- Stay Current with Tax Laws and Trends: Stay up-to-date on tax laws, regulations, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional Qualifications: CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience in supervising engagements and preparing/reviewing income tax returns.
