Resource Base Teaching Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Individual Learning Department in our Communication and Interaction Resource Provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with their learning, either in lessons, small groups, or through 1:1 work, as well as supporting the development of their self-esteem, inclusion, and behavior. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good general education, and strong interpersonal skills to work with students with social, interaction, and communication difficulties.
