About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the prestigious Dorset Square Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Execute kitchen operations with precision and confidence, showcasing your expertise in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict Health and Safety regulations and ensuring a safe working space for all team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with our kitchen team, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver room service orders promptly and to the highest quality standards, ensuring that every dish meets our culinary excellence.
  • Proactively complete food prep tasks for upcoming service, ensuring that our kitchen is always prepared to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Showcase your passion for food through every dish, paying meticulous attention to detail in presentation and flavor.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a solid understanding of kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.
  • We are looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about food and take pride in delivering dishes of the highest quality.
  • As a Chef de Partie, you will have the opportunity to supervise a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels within your section and assisting with ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • With excellent organizational and communication skills, you will thrive in our team-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.
