Job Summary:

Hanover Scotland is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our statutory and regulatory compliance with regards to our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, monitor, and actively seek relevant records and certificates to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with contractors to ensure 100% compliance and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage housing asset compliance programmes to maintain legal compliance with statutory obligations.
  • Ensure servicing programmes are recorded and monitor compliance-related data, including electrical safety inspections, asbestos surveys, fire risk assessments, and more.
  • Provide a full range of administration services, including issuing letters to customers and tracking visits.
  • Notify relevant colleagues and tenants of forthcoming inspections and surveys.
  • Provide necessary data for KPIs and highlight potential risks or issues to the Customer Safety Coordinator & Head of Department.
