About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a Facilities Supervisor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and maintenance plans to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and control budgets for cleaning supplies and maintenance materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a facilities management or cleaning operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and hours.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies.
