About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure seamless store operations.
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and create a schedule that balances work-life balance.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
