Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to drive business growth and revenue.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive commercial growth.

• Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure premium quality product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including A BRC rating.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles.

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
