Work Schedule: 2 Days Hrs/2 Nights Hrs followed by 4 Days Stand-down

Serco is actively looking for a dedicated Security and Traffic Officer to join our team at RAF Brize Norton. This position is responsible for carrying out security and reception tasks as per the contract, under the supervision of the security shift supervisor and manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document daily activities to meet legal obligations
  • Oversee vehicle and personnel entry at the main access point
  • Regulate traffic movement and conduct identification verifications
  • Assist with vehicle and baggage inspections
  • Deliver a friendly service and manage emergency situations
  • Accompany visiting vehicles for essential services and cargo operations

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 penalty points
  • Capability to secure an Airfield Driving Permit
  • Preferred possession of an SIA License
