Our client, a dynamic medium-sized Building Services Contractor, is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join their team. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality Building Services installations, they've built strong relationships with clients across various industries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking full ownership and accountability for Mechanical contracts, from tendering stage to final handover. This includes providing accurate and detailed mechanical cost estimates, collaborating with the design team, and overseeing the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any technical issues.
- Implement effective project management practices, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure that mechanical installations meet the highest standards and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
